Refunds & Cancellations

We strive to provide high-quality tax-related services to our users. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

Once a service is booked and payment is made, the request is considered confirmed. Users may request cancellation only if the service has not yet been initiated by our team. If the service process has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds will be considered only in cases where the service has not been initiated or due to any failure from our side to deliver the promised service. Once the service is completed or work has begun, no refunds will be provided.

In case of duplicate payments or technical errors in payment processing, eligible refunds will be processed after verification. The refund amount, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals (such as Income Tax or GST portals), and such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
